Luke Ford writes: Adolfo trained at the Alexander Training Institute of L.A. in Santa Monica, California completing a three-year training program in 2010.
The Alexander Technique provided Adolfo with much-needed relief from the pain of a herniated disc in his lower back. Today he has resumed an active lifestyle and maintains a teaching practice on the Westside.
